 At The Tee Studio, we put a lot of love and care into every product we make 💫
Each order goes through strict quality checks before it’s shipped out — but in rare cases, if something slips through, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! 



  💥 Eligible for Refund: 

  

You’re eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

 

  • You received a damaged, misprinted, or defective product
     
  • You received the wrong item or size (our mistake, not yours)
     

 

To help us fix things quickly, please share:

 

  • Clear photos of the product & packaging
     
  • Your order ID and registered email
     

 

Send these details to info@theteestudio.org within 3 days of delivery, and our team will sort it out right away.



 💳 Refund Process: 

 Once we verify the issue, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. 

 

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund:

We won’t be able to offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The size didn’t fit or you changed your mind
     
  • You entered a wrong address or contact info
     
  • The issue was reported after 3 days of delivery
